As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the vision and objectives of the Microsoft Dynamics practice. You will identify growth opportunities, ensure service alignment with market needs, and actively contribute to pre-sales meetings and the promotion of the practice. On the operational side, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while optimizing resources, budgets, and the quality of delivered solutions. By establishing strong relationships with clients, you will ensure their satisfaction and serve as their primary point of contact for strategic projects. Finally, you will play a key role in managing and developing the team, fostering a collaborative environment, mentoring talent, and ensuring their professional growth while guaranteeing clear communication of organizational priorities.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

* Define and execute the vision and strategic objectives for the Microsoft Dynamics practice.
* Identify growth opportunities and ensure service alignment with market needs.
* Collaborate with the VP of Operations to refine and enhance the service offerings of the practice.
* Participate as a technical expert in select pre-sales meetings to help build trust with clients.
* Assist marketing in promoting the practice and creating technical content.
* Validate and approve detailed solution estimates developed by Tech leads.

Operations Management:

* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation and support projects.
* Ensure effective management of resources and budgets associated with projects.
* Implement processes and tools to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
* Evaluate the quality of solutions delivered by the team.
* Delegate and empower various management levels within the Center of Expertise, ensuring that the delivery of each project is monitored by a Senior team member who can intervene with corrective actions as needed.

Client Relations:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
* Act as the primary contact for strategic projects and critical issues.

Team Management and Development:

* Recruit, train, and develop talent within the Microsoft Dynamics team.
* Foster a collaborative and stimulating environment for team members.
* Ensure that the vision and organizational priorities are communicated at all times to teams.
* Help the team navigate changes by ensuring effective communication and involvement with the Employee Experience team when necessary.
* Ensure all team members have a development plan or performance objective.
* Guarantee compliance with the biannual performance evaluation process.
* Submit annual salary recommendations to HR.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in managing projects and teams in Microsoft Dynamics solutions (Business Central, CRM, and F&O).
* Excellent leadership, change management, and decision-making skills.
* Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
* Experience in client relationship management and business development.
* Experience in growing teams or organizations.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
* University degree in computer science, management, or a related field.
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications (an asset).
