Business Analyst - BI / Data (13 months + Bonus)

An exciting new opportunity just become available with a MNC (European company) based in HK! Due to business expansion in APAC, my client currently they provide an opportunity to an experienced BI/ Data analyst who are seeking a wonderful chance to work with grow his/her skill set with the company!



Primary Duties:

* Develop and deliver analytical insights while assisting with on-demand analysis for various stakeholders.
* Gather data from multiple sources, organize it, and convert it into valuable business intelligence.
* Translate raw, unstructured data into actionable business insights.
* Gain a deep understanding of business operations, source systems, and integrate them for comprehensive analysis
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and suggest effective data visualizations.
* Prepare documentation and design user training materials.
* Assist in the routine generation of standard reports and support automated scheduling tasks.



Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL / Python / Other BI tools/ BI platforms; Database design and metadata management.
* Experience in a data or business analyst role, good understanding of business processes and the interdependencies of data.
* Strong ability to perform statistical analysis, interpret findings, and present actionable recommendations.
* Innovative in creating and implementing engaging data visualizations.
* Experience in system architecture, implementation, and managing stakeholder relationships.
* Proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
* Solid business intuition and practical decision-making abilities.
