Role & Responsibilities

Develop tailored enhancements for customer engagement systems using server-side and client-side scripting tools.

Create platform components in line with business needs and technical frameworks.

Connect core applications with external platforms using cloud workflows, service endpoints, or integration tools.

Support system lifecycle tasks including environment oversight, deployment routines, and version tracking.
*
Produce well-structured, readable code accompanied by appropriate technical documentation.
*
Engage in agile team activities such as iteration planning, solution showcases, and collaborative code assessments.
Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on work customizing and extending enterprise customer platforms.
*
Background in creating server-side extensions, client-side scripting, and working with platform toolkits.
*
Strong coding skills in modern object-oriented languages and experience with cloud-based integration tools.
*
Knowledge of automated release pipelines, collaborative engineering practices, or test automation is an advantage.
