    Job Description

    I am actively seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst, with experience implementing and improving Dynamics 365 CE/ Dynamics CRM, for an exciting new role with an establlshed charitable organisation. My client is in the process of implementing, rolling out and maximising their Dynamics 365 CE environment, and require a BA to join the team in ensuring successful project delivery, as well as providing assistance in concurrent integration projects.

    This role offers a hybrid working model - a blend of home working alongside 2-3 days on-site requirement in modern Central London offices.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Involvement in analysing requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional design documentation
    * Testing new features, rolling out the install and config as well as training new users
    * Supporting my clients business processes and analysing ways of improvement
    * Coordinating with stakeholders on project requirements/ milestones

    Skills & Qualifications

    * A proven track record implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
    * Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation skills
    * Diverse modular exposure within CRM - ideally including Sales and Customer Service
    * Manufacturing or supply chain industry/ business process understanding (preferable)

    Overview
