    They have identified data as being absolutely critical to their growth strategy, and there is a huge amount of growth potential both in this role and the wider team. They've recently built a brand-new Snowflake data warehouse to centralise their data, and are striving to automate reporting wherever possible - you role will centre around maximising the value in this data, and telling the story around it to inform decision-making.

    You will also lead in the build of an automated reporting suite in Tableau, to inform decision-making in commercially-focused areas such as buying and merchandising - this will require good SQL skills to access and manipulate the data, though you don't need to have worked with Tableau before as long as you've worked with a similar data visualisation tool e.g. Power BI or Qlik.

    You will also lead the analytics agency in the move to Google Analytics, ensuring that the marketing team has the data then need to drive paid channel performance, and you will oversee all tag changes across the websites to ensure data is captured in the right systems - so any exposure or a keen desire to learn Google Analytics would be an advantage.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Data professional to join an organisation where you can make a real impact from day one - they're fast-paced and ever-evolving, and there is a real appetite for the work you will be doing.

    * Comfortable liaising with Senior stakeholders and presenting at a high level

    Benefits:

    * Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
    * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus opportunity to buy additional days
    * Group Life Insurance
    * Pension - 3% employer and 5% employee
