    Role overview:

    We are seeking a D365 F&O Lead/Principal Consultant to join a Melbourne-based end-user client of ours to lead phase 2 of project implementation with over 3 years of guaranteed D365 project pipeline scheduled.
    The ideal candidate will have strong D365F&O Finance implementation experience however we will consider candidates who have other strong D365 module expertise. Our client is open to considering any D365F&O consultant who has experience in at least one end-to-end D365F&O implementation as a LEAD Consultant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize D365 solutions.
    * Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on strong financial business acumen.
    * Design optimal solutions using core D365 functionality.
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill project expectations.
    * Review functional design documentation and deployment plans.
    * Identify digital transformation opportunities and address functional gaps.
    * Provide ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) support.

    Qualifications:

    * Proven experience as a D365 F&O Lead Consultant, with at least one end-to-end implementation under your belt as a Lead Consultant.
    * Strong understanding of Finance processes; a background in Finance is preferred, but candidates with finance business acumen are encouraged to apply.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    * A proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
    * Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB300, MB310) preferred; Solution Architect (MB700) desirable.
