My client is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative, who will be responsible for driving sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach.
* Conduct proactive communication via phone, email, and social media.
* Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records and track sales activities in our CRM system.
* Work with marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decisions.



Candidate Requirements:

* 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in technology or software sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related ERP/CRM solutions is a plus.
