    My client is its industry leading Company in Asia, they are looking for an IT Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst based in Hong Kong to join their Regional IT team. This is a strong, stable company experiencing growth. This person will become one of the key members of an internal application team working together with external ERP partners & internal team to implement the ERP NetSuite / other application systems for the group.


    Responsibilities will include:

    * Analysis of business processes and system requirements, documentation of business processes, requirements, design, test etc.
    * Closely work with Business teams on global and regional projects.
    * Communicate and coordinate with various internal teams (global and regional) and external vendors to enable seamless system or integration roll-out.
    * Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
    * Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, project plans and schedules.
    * Support change request process, monitor development, quality outcome and deployment.

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor degree holder of above in Business Administration / Information Technology or related discipline.
    * Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other first tier ERP system (Oracle EBS/ Oracle Fusion / Dynamics 365).
    * Skilled in performance analysis and troubleshooting.
    * Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
    * Able to work independently, proactive and good team player.
