.NET Technical Lead (Sustainability) - Stockholm



One of my best clients has just opened up an opportunity for a .NET Tech Lead to head-up their innovation team in Stockholm, which is a new team that will focus on Data Analytics, Security, DevOps, AI and ML capabilities. They are an exciting, scaling product company where they help their customers be more sustainable and efficient, do reduce harmful energy wastage and negative impact on the environment.

You will still be very technically hands-on and close to the code, working with modern Microsoft .NET, Azure and DevOps Techniques. They would like someone to take on a role road-mapping the architectural design, leading projects, passing on knowledge and helping to guide and mentor junior developers in the team. They maintain very high standards for their solutions which means only hiring talented engineers, so if you are successful in the interview process you will be working alongside some of the most passionate and talented developers in Sweden.

In this position you would lead and work cohesively within an experienced development team on projects, utilising the latest techniques and technologies. You will be given a platform to ensure the coding is of the highest quality possible as part of a scale-up environment, where you can have your voice heard, shaping the future of both the company and your own career, without prior leadership experience as a prerequisite.

You will be a driving force in new development and migrations towards .NETCore and .NET 6, Azure, Kubernetes and Dockerised containers to break down the products into Microservices based Architecture and create a platform that can be used to build cool, greenfield solutions in the future.
