Senior Developer - PHP, .NET & Azure DevOps
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced developer who thrives in complex environments and has a strong background in both backend development and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both PHP and .NET, and brings solid experience with cloud-native development in Azure.
About the role
You will be part of a skilled and cross-functional development team working on critical systems used in the public sector. The role involves maintaining and developing robust backend solutions, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring high availability and scalability through modern DevOps practices.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using PHP and .NET
*
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
*
Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
*
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
*
Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners
*
Ensure code quality, performance, and security across solutions
Qualifications
*
5+ years of experience in software development
*
Solid experience with both PHP and .NET
*
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
*
Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes in a production setting
*
Good understanding of cloud security and monitoring tools
*
Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
*
Must be eligible to work on public sector projects in Norway (e.g., pass security clearance)
