At the forefront of providing exceptional services and constantly growing business, we are expanding our team to support our extensive implementation of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO). Seeking talented and finance-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team and contribute to one of the largest D365FO projects in Europe.

Project Details:

Join a complex and challenging project involving the migration from AX 2009 and 2012 to D365FO across multiple locations. Currently focused on Polish localization, the project will extend to other entities. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of the biggest enterprise-level D365FO implementations in Europe.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the implementation of D365FO, ensuring successful migration from AX 2009 and 2012.
* Analyze business requirements and configure D365FO solutions to meet organizational needs.
* Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimize financial processes within D365FO.
* Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless integration and roll-out.
* Provide high-level support for D365FO users, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintain and enhance system functionality to support evolving business needs.
* Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization.
* Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment of financial processes with system capabilities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Proficient in Polish, with at least a B1 level in English.
* Extensive knowledge of finance, with experience as an accountant or super user.
* Strong expertise in Dynamics AX2012 and D365FO (AX2009 will not be considered).
* Proven track record in either implementing or supporting D365FO solutions.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
