Job Description

D365 CRM Business Analyst (Geneva)

* Business Analyst D365 CRM with +5 years of experience
* Strong experience with the Sales module of D365
* BA "hands-on", able to really understand the technical part
* Ability to challenge and advise all the stakeholders (IT team, marketing team, internal & external partners, offshore teams etc)
* Multi-million CRM Dynamics sales project
* The BA will work with a PO that has CRM experience but not with Dynamics, that's why it's important that the BA has this experience
* Languages : English fluent, any other Swiss official language (French, German, Italian) is a plus
