Key Responsibilities:

Deliver second-level support for Microsoft Power Platform.

Work closely with First-Line Support, Solution Owners, Domain Leads, and Power BI experts.
*

Diagnose and resolve system issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
*

Provide training and guidance on Power Platform functionalities to users.
*

Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities and enhancements.
*

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

*

IT-related education at MBO level.
*

Experience with and interest in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office M365 products.
*

Eagerness to specialise in Power Platform and obtain relevant certifications.
*

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
*

Proactive and results-oriented team player.
*

Proficiency in Dutch and English.
