About the Position and Our Team:

We seek a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineering Team Lead to manage our cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate will excel in cloud technologies, leadership, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
* Implement best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
* Develop and implement a cloud strategy aligned with business goals.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Oversee application and service deployment and configuration.
* Maintain and automate operational processes.
* Enforce security best practices and compliance standards.
* Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
* Monitor resource usage and optimize costs.
* Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and administrators.
* Provide technical support for complex cloud issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

* 5+ years in Cloud Management or Architecture.
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
* Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices.
* Previous managerial or leadership experience.
* Microsoft PowerBI experience is a plus.
* Specialization in Azure.
* Proven cost optimization and budget management skills.
* Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
* Expertise in Data Infrastructure Management, especially SQL.
* Proficient in networking, VPC, Peering, and Firewall technologies.
* In-depth knowledge of cloud security and compliance.
