My client is looking to upgrade their AX 2012 system to D365 F&O and is in need of a Sr. Systems Analyst who will run point on this implementation.

* Putting a heavy investment in their IT department, looking to upgrade their ERP, CRM, and IT infrastructure over the next 3-5 years
* A family focused organization and has a low employee turnover rate

Your New Role:

* Develop a vision and roadmap for the use of D365 and integrated solutions in alignment with the goals and plans of upper management. Work with upper management and others to identify, prioritize, and execute projects along the roadmap.
* Configure ERP and CRM modules based on business and IT requirements.
* Set up and optimize user tools such as ERP user interfaces, BI dashboards, role centers, data upload templates, automated workflows, alerts, and notifications.
* Configure or modify system reports.
* Create workflows, batch routines, and simple scripts.
* Make minor system enhancements, using appropriate controls and applying best practices for the type and scope of change made.
* Select and integrate third-party (marketplace) solutions.
* Collaborate with the Microsoft Partner and with internal cross-functional teams to implement and improve ERP-based solutions
* Document all changes to the ERP, CRM, and related systems. Create technical documentation for each code extension.
* Maintain ERP user guides and other documentation.
* Develop Training materials and conduct training sessions for business users.
* Maintain the current ERP system, supporting users and troubleshooting system errors

What you'll need:

* Experience with Dynamics AX and with Dynamics 365 upgrades
* Experience leading full life cycle implementations
* Expertise in the finance and distribution modules
* Knowledge of Power BI, Dynamics 365 CE, or EDI are all nice to haves
* Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
* Proven track record of completing projects on time and under budget
