* Location: Century City (4 days in office)
* Salary: up to R 140 000

What you can expect



* Collaborate with the Head of Portfolio, Lead Engineers and Product Managers in formulating and executing strategic and operational plans in partnership with other business units.
* Work with the Head of Portfolio and other senior managers to ensure that all performance targets are met.
* Fully accountable for delivery of product KPI's
* Fully accountable for all DORA metrics
* Drive and promote passion and pride in products.
* Responsible for regular delivery & tech demo sessions with all relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure our people are being retained, motivated, and developed.
* Monitor the delivery of performance development and modernisation plans.
* Promote team/product delivery through frequent product demos
* Promote continuous improvement in all areas of software development (productivity efficiency, policies, standards, best practices, upskilling).
* Responsible for agile maturity assessment.
* Responsible for the maturity of self-organizing teams.

Requirements

* Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Organisational Culture
* Be prepared to work in a 24/7 environment.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technology environment
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience at a Senior Management level
* Strong Tech Development Skillset
* Proven understanding of the software development life cycle
* Strong business knowledge
* Track record of managing/leading multiple successful projects
* Comfortable presenting findings in presentation and/or meeting
