Job Title: Technical Lead (.NET and React)

Position Overview
An innovative insurance company in Bergen is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead their software development efforts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions using .NET and React, while leading a skilled development team and driving the technical strategy forward.

Main Responsibilities

* Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of software applications using .NET and React.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on project goals, technical approaches, and timelines.
* Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, quality, and collaboration within the team.
* Oversee the software development process from initial planning through to production deployment, ensuring high standards of performance, scalability, and security.
* Make key architectural and design decisions to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of systems and platforms.
* Actively engage with new technologies and industry trends, integrating them into the development roadmap where appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

* Extensive experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer, with a deep focus on .NET and React.
* Strong knowledge of modern web development practices, software design patterns, and scalable architecture.
* Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully guiding development teams.
* Comfortable working in an agile environment, communicating effectively with both technical and business teams.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies, microservices, and DevOps principles is advantageous.
