Business Central ERP Analyst - Charlotte - $95k+Remote

Our client is an established end user in the industrial equipment distribution space who is looking for an ERP Analyst to provide support on a series of upcoming data migration projects.

The company has recently acquired several new subsidiaries, as part of an ongoing M&A expansion strategy, which will require legacy systems to the mothership's Business Central and Salesforce databases.

Get ready to join a $1 billion, private equity backed organization who is positioning itself to become a leader in its market. They have a well-established IT team that is continuing to grow and as such, needs a contributor (like you 😉) to play a key long-term role in their technology adoption, primarily in the BI & Analytics space. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process. The Data Analyst will work closely with business users to map data, assist in consolidating and deduping datasets, and maintain high-quality data standards. Experience with Azure Data Lake, Python scripting, and PowerBI is a plus.

Your new role will involve:

* Manage and execute the migration of data from legacy systems to Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central
* Work closely with business users to understand data requirements and map data accordingly for successful migration.
* Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the migration process.
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of the migrated data.
* Utilize Azure Data Lake for data storage and management during the migration process.
* Write and optimize Python scripts to automate data processing tasks as needed.
* Leverage Power BI for data analysis and reporting to track migration progress and outcomes.

What you'll need:

* Experience with Business Central implementation and data migration projects
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus
* Expertise with ETL processes
* Power BI reporting and dashboard creation experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand finance and supply chain processes and work with super users to mee these needs
* Experience with Azure Data Lake a plus
