Dynamics F&O Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 F&O Developer with at least 3+ years of experience in X++ development, to join our dynamic team. This role will be focused on supporting and enhancing our Finance and Operations environment, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure to provide optimal solutions for business operations. You will be working onsite 3-4 days per week at our Houston, TX office.



Role & Responsibilities

* Develop, customize, and support solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
* Use X++ to enhance business processes, and implement new features and integrations.
* Build and manage Power Apps to streamline business workflows and improve user experience.
* Work within Azure environments, ensuring secure and scalable cloud-based solutions.
* Provide support for Power BI reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the D365 F&O platform meets business needs and expectations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 3+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Developer with strong expertise in X++.
* Solid experience with Power Apps and Azure environments.
* Proven experience in Power BI, including developing and deploying reports and dashboards.
* Experience in supporting, enhancing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to be onsite in Houston 3-4 days a week.



Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

* Certifications in D365 F&O or Power Platform are a plus.
* Experience with integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise systems.
* Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or related tools.
