Business Central Functional Consultant - Fully Remote

As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for:

* Implementation & Optimization: Leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.
* Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Training & Support: Providing training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the system.
* Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
* Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: Proven experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant or similar role.
* Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in system implementation.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Business Central modules and features, along with experience in data migration and system integration.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
