Business Central Manager

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of Business Central and HubSpot software projects. This role involves managing project scope, resources, time lines, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The PM will ensure internal users and teams are aligned and informed throughout the project life cycle and proactively address any issues or risks that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage internal training for Business Central and HubSpot users.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems with business goals.
* Coordinate with external consultants to meet system requirements.
* Oversee system testing, user acceptance, and data integrity.
* Drive change management and promote system adoption across the organization.
* Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
* Continuously improve project standards and methodologies.

Qualifications:

* Experience with Business Central; HubSpot experience is a plus.
* Strong project management skills, including scope, time line, and budget management.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience training users on ERP and CRM systems.
