Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
Location: Malmo
Employment Type: Permanent position/ Hybrid/ 2 days a week on site.

Role Overview:

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the entire implementation process. This includes gathering and analysing requirements, configuring and customising Business Central, and ensuring successful adoption through training and support. The role is joining one of the Nordics most prolific Microsoft Gold partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective D365 Business Central solutions.
* Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design workshops to align ERP solutions with client's goals.
* Configure and customise D365 Business Central to meet specific client requirements, particularly within the finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory modules.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
* Lead data migration activities, including mapping, extraction, and validation of legacy data.
* Develop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and go-live support to ensure effective adoption of the system.
* Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
* Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimisation recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Extensive experience as a D365 Business Central / NAV Functional Consultant, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
* Strong knowledge of Business Central modules, especially finance, inventory, purchasing, and sales.
* Proven track record in end-to-end D365 BC implementations, from discovery through to go-live.
* Solid understanding of financial processes and business operations within an ERP context.
* Ability to lead functional workshops and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in data migration, user training, and post-implementation support.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client needs.
* Must speak Swedish and live in/ be able to travel Malmo 3 twice a week.

Preferred Skills:

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certification(s) is a plus.
* Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
* Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, or professional services is highly advantageous.
