Job Title: D365FO Support Consultant - Remote - £60K

Nigel Frank is partnering with a Microsoft Gold Partner organisation in their search for a D365FO Support Consultant. This prestigious non-for-profit business is a leader in its sector, helping thousands of people worldwide. As part of their IT team's expansion, they are looking for a D365FO expert to support and optimise their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) system.

As a D365FO Support Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of D365FO, resolving user issues, and enhancing system functionality. You'll work with a growing IT team dedicated to improving business processes using cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support for D365FO, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
* Collaborate with business teams to configure D365FO to meet their needs.
* Monitor system performance and apply updates or patches as required.
* Assist with integration's and provide user training on best practices.
* Document issues, fixes, and enhancements for team communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO).
* Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and optimisation skills.
* Knowledge of D365FO integration's and system performance monitoring.
* Familiarity with SQL and data management in D365FO.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* D365FO certifications or related technologies.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
