We are seeking a Techno-Functional Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join a leading manufacturing company based in Austin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technical and functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and will play a key role in enhancing the company's CRM processes.
Role & Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and customize D365 CE modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to align with organizational needs.
* Develop and implement workflows, plugins, and integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise systems.
* Provide technical leadership for solution design, including architecture and best practices.
* Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for developing customizations.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation and support.
* Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvement.
* Experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service), Dynamics SDK, and REST APIs.
