The Role:
As a Solutions Analyst, you'll play a critical role in connecting business requirements with effective technical solutions. You'll work closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to optimise processes, streamline systems, and ensure that business needs are met through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Requirements Analysis & Definition: Work with key stakeholders to gather and document business needs, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
* Business Process Expertise: Leverage your understanding of business operations-particularly within the financial sector-to enhance workflows and solve complex challenges.
* Technical Analysis: Evaluate and analyse technical systems, data flows, and dependencies, utilising your knowledge of system architecture, software development methodologies, and databases.
* Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile project work, balancing independent tasks with teamwork and coordination across departments and external partners.
* Facilitation & Communication: Act as the key bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring effective collaboration. Proficiency in both Finnish and English is essential.
