Nigel Frank is currently working with a leading multinational Oil & Gas company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions looking for a skilled .NET/Azure Developer to join their team and help them drive their MS Dynamics 365 ERP systems to new heights. This role is hybrid for 4 days per week in a beautiful office location near Galleria in HJouston.

Role & Responsibilities

* Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX (now Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) platform
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations.

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong experience (with the .NET Framework and C# development for building scalable, high-performance applications.
* Hands-on experience of at least 3 years with Azure services, including Azure Function Apps for serverless computing, Azure Web Apps for hosting scalable web applications, Azure SQL for database management and querying, Azure Messaging services such as Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or Azure Queues for asynchronous messaging.
* Experience with database management systems (SQL) and version control systems (e.g., Team Foundation, Azure DevOps).
* Experience within Development on MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects would be nice to have
* Proficiency in X++, MorphX, and the AOT (Application Object Tree) woudl be nice to have
* Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps
* Experience with Reporting and Business Intelligence tools including Power BI
* Ability to work with a team
