Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage D365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support projects.
* Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, propose tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results.
* Apply your accounting/finance expertise to optimize system configurations and align ERP capabilities with business needs.
* Design and implement solutions for manufacturing and warehousing operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
* Utilize reporting tools like Jet Reports and Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports.
* Work in a team-oriented environment to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Extensive experience with Business Central, including implementations, upgrades, and support.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Solid background in accounting or finance, with knowledge of financial processes and reporting.
* Experience working in manufacturing and warehousing environments is essential.
* Familiarity with Jet Reports or Power BI is a strong advantage.
* Experience with Great Plains (GP) is a plus.
