Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive technical and end-user support for Microsoft Business Central (BC), Customer Engagement (CE), and other third-party cloud applications.

Execute regression, integration, and performance testing to maintain system stability.
*

Monitor system performance, manage EDI platforms, resolve data and configuration issues, and identify areas for improvement.
*

Manage and prioritize defects and enhancement requests.
*

Conduct research and continuing education to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

*

BA/BS in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
*

3+ years of experience supporting ERP and CRM systems; Microsoft Business Central (BC) and Customer Engagement (CE) experience preferred.
*

Strong understanding of cloud-based application environments.
*

Experience with SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools is a plus.
*

Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset, able to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.

A continuous improvement mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated IT team.
