    Job Description

    My client is seeking a senior leader within its Consulting & Analytics practice to drive new revenue streams, improve sales conversion, and oversee the delivery of analytics solutions across key industry verticals. The role will focus on building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with sales leaders, and ensuring high quality outcomes for complex analytics and AI projects.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level clients, driving analytic business.
    * Sales & Solution Governance: Manage pre-sales and delivery activities to ensure successful sales conversion and quality outcomes.
    * Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of complex analytic solutions, working with clients and delivery teams.
    * Business Growth: Identify and qualify opportunities, collaborate with industry and sales leaders to increase sales conversion.
    * Team Collaboration: Partner with analytic competency leads and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    * Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic guidance to clients, supporting the development of solutions aligned with business objectives.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Mining & Energy Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Mining, Oil & Gas sectors, with experience tailoring analytics solutions to these industries.
    * Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design: Expertise in designing and implementing complex, large-scale analytics solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
    * Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Strong experience in pre-sales activities, including sales presentations, solution design, and managing client relationships.
    * Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior clients, including C-level executives
    * Analytics & AI Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data engineering, AI, machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), customer analytics, and BI services.

    Job Description

    Our client on the lookout for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join a top-tier MSP. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Microsoft technologies, eager to grow, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Provide first-level support for incoming service desk calls.
    * Ticket each job in the ticketing system and manage your tickets efficiently.
    * Attend customer sites as required for work that cannot be completed remotely.
    * Take ownership of service tasks and see them through to resolution.
    * Perform on-site servicing of hardware/software issues and new installations as needed.
    * Collaborate with a team of technical experts to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * At least 2 years of experience working in a service desk or on-site service role, ideally supporting SMB and medium enterprise environments.
    * Basic understanding of supporting Active Directory environments.
    * Basic understanding of supporting users in Entra/Azure AD.
    * Experience with Microsoft 365/Office application support.
    * Experience with Windows Desktop and general LOB Application support.
