    Job Description:



    * Provide Expertise in solutions that focus on protecting and securing digital assets and infrastructure.

    * Develop and implement security measures to safeguard information.

    * Monitor and respond to security breaches and threats.



    * Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
    * Collaborate with Infrastructure Vendors for service provision and issue resolution.
    * Introduce relevant hardening measure to current security systems.



    Key tasks:



    * Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and threats across all systems.

    * Windows servers (virtual and physical) and PC environments.
    * On-premises and cloud-hosted solutions.
    * Communications systems - LAN, WAN, mobile, and softphone.
    * Security - cyber, user application, and network.
    * Firewall, antivirus, and associated elements of security.
    * Patching of Windows and core applications.

    Qualifications and Experience

    * Implement and manage anti-virus, anti-malware, and other protection programs.
    * Support ongoing IT security projects.
    * Perform environment health checks and lead remedial activities.
    * Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
    * Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents.
    * Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
    * Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
    * Provide training and support to staff on security best practices.
    * Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures.
    * Present key security findings and updates to management.

    Solid understanding of:



    * firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network protocols.
    * Proficiency in Windows
    * Familiarity with encryption algorithms and how to implement them.
    * Skills in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.
    * Ability to respond to and manage security breaches and incidents.
    * Knowledge of authentication methods and security administration.

    * Strong understanding of software, including anti-virus, anti-malware, and other protection programs.
    * Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and experience with tools like IBM

    * Problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
    * Critical thinking and a troubleshooting mindset.

    I am actively seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst, with experience implementing and improving Dynamics 365 CE/ Dynamics CRM, for an exciting new role with a multi-national manufacturing organisation. My client is in the process of implementing, rolling out and maximising their Dynamics 365 CE environment, and require a BA to join the team in ensuring successful project delivery, as well as providing assistance in concurrent integration projects.

    This role offers a hybrid working model - a blend of home working alongside 2-3 days on-site requirement in modern, West London based offices.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Involvement in analysing requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional design documentation
    * Testing new features, rolling out the install and config as well as training new users

    Skills & Qualifications

    * A proven track record implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

    * Diverse modular exposure within CRM - ideally including Sales and Customer Service
    * Manufacturing or supply chain industry/ business process understanding (preferable)

    I am working with a hugely successful and growing organisation who are looking for a Power BI Developer to join their team on a remote basis. In this role you will take responsibility for the reporting suite across the business working closely with high level stakeholders in different departments.

    The organisation have invested heavily in its data platform which is hosted in Azure and you will have the opportunity to work with the Azure tech stack to further supplement your reporting expertise.     A well-established organisation in Cheshire (near Handforth) are looking for a Data Engineer to join their team in this newly created role, as they look to leverage the value in their data and become truly data-driven.

    They operate flexible working hours and a hybrid working model, where you'll spend 3 days per week in their office (though this will be 5 days during your initial induction and training period).

    As the Data Engineer, you'll focus on the design and development of their data platform, and work closely with various stakeholders and the Data Lead, to ensure that data is readily accessible for use across the business.

    This will involve designing ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, to integrate data from various sources into their Azure SQL database, and developing data pipelines to ensure the efficient flow of data across systems.

    You'll ensure data is stored in the most efficient way, so that it's ready for analysis and reporting in Power BI, which will allow for informed decision-making.

    This role would be well-suited to a Data Engineer or BI Developer who's keen to join an organisation who are leveraging some of the latest Microsoft technologies, as they go through a business-wide transformation.

    Requirements

    * Prior experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or similar
    * Strong skills in SQL
    * Experience developing Azure Data Factory pipelines
    * Skills in Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI would be beneficial
