    Job description

    In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to meet the financial requirements of each client. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and deliver measurable improvements through D365 F&O.

    Main Responsibilities:

    * Lead end-to-end implementations: Guide clients through the entire D365 F&O Finance implementation process, from gathering requirements to go-live and beyond.
    * Financial solution design: Specialise in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
    * System configuration and customising: Tailor the system to align with the specific financial needs of each client.
    * Client training and post-go-live support: Ensure that users are fully equipped to use the system and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
    * Process optimisation: Identify areas for financial process improvements and recommend solutions using D365 F&O capabilities.
    * Collaborative teamwork: Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    * Solid experience as a D365 F&O Finance Consultant or in a similar role involving financial systems.
    * In-depth understanding of core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, financial reporting, etc.).
    * Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O, including configuration and customisation of financial modules.
    * Proven track record in leading finance-focused system implementations.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
    * D365 Finance certifications (preferred).
    * Experience across multiple industries is an advantage.
