    My client, a MNC company with offices in 200+ countries , is seeking an APAC Senior Project Manager / Project Manager with a good IT knowledge in latest Microsoft Technology Solutions.     Responsibilities:

    * Lead the regional IT team to manage large-scale IT projects that span across multiple business streams in APAC.
    * Responsible for the full spectrum of end-to-end project delivery, such as Road-map Design, Solution Design, Budget, Timeline, Deliverable and Service Vendor management.
    * Be a key contributor on project governance standards and processes for all APAC projects.
    * Co-ordinate and manage onshore / offshore teams with their assignments, user stories, and acceptance criteria along with execution plans.
    * Understand business needs and able to propose appropriate IT solutions to Top Management.
    * Ability to lead and motivate a team, able to mitigate risks, resource management and drive tactical plans.
    * Work closely with the Senior IT Leadership team and provide support to junior members including knowledge sharing and lead by example.
    * Ensure knowledge sharing on both project management and technical know-how between project/ cross-functional teams.





    Requirements:

    * Degree or above holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline.
    * Knowledge in Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, Azure Cloud, SQL Database, .NET, O365, Power Apps etc.
    * Proven track record in managing strategic global solutions delivery, strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.
    * Experience in leading & managing the (onshore and offshore) team along with multiple concurrent projects delivery.
    * Strong experience / knowledge in both traditional waterfall methodology as well as more modern Agile / iterative methods
    * Experience in Regional role and solution roll-out will be highly advantageous.
    * Be reliable, accountable and with excellent ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business and technical resources.
    * Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
