A leading organization in the biopharmaceutical sector is seeking a skilled ERP Systems Analyst to support and enhance its enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment.

Position Overview
This role will serve as a key liaison between IT and various business units, including: Finance, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure ERP systems are optimized to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expertise across D365 F&O modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
* Lead data migration and management efforts, leveraging SQL Server and related integration tools.
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
* Perform routine system maintenance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Manage user roles, permissions, and security protocols in accordance with audit and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GMP).
* Deliver training and support to end-users on system updates and new features.
* Assist in the rollout of new modules and functionality, including business process mapping and documentation.
* Respond to service requests and incidents, providing timely and high-quality support.
* Oversee ERP environment updates, patches, and system refreshes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including implementation and administration.
* Strong knowledge of Azure services, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), and integration tools like Logic Apps.
* Familiarity with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes within D365 F&O.
* Understanding of compliance standards such as 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and GAMP 5 is a plus.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to after-hours support needs when necessary.
Preferred Technical Skills
* Experience with cloud-hosted D365 F&O environments
* Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps
* Knowledge of REST APIs and web service integration
