    Job Type: Permanent

    Location: Hybrid - Based in Cape Town or Midrand (with flexibility for national applicants)

    Overview

    A dynamic and innovative organization is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to drive technology-focused initiatives from inception through to successful delivery. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple high-impact projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, depending on project requirements. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across the business and play a key role in ensuring IT projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    * Lead project initiation, planning, and execution phases, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, and milestones.
    * Proactively monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
    * Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to minimize project disruption.
    * Allocate and manage internal and external project resources effectively.
    * Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
    * Drive change management initiatives and support adoption of new systems and processes.
    * Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control.
    * Collaborate with third-party technology providers and oversee their performance.
    * Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver timely progress reports.
    * Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and process improvement within the team.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    * Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
    * Postgraduate qualification in a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
    * Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile DSDM, or equivalent).

    * Deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    * Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
    * Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and manage project artifacts.
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern project management tools.

    Job description

    My client, a listed company in Hong Kong, is looking for an experienced SharePoint Specialist/Developer to join the internal IT team. Immediate starter is highly prefered.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements, including creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
    * Customize SharePoint using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), integrate with other business applications, and develop custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
    * Provide technical support for SharePoint users, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
    * Develop and implement SharePoint security and access controls.
    * Collaborate with other developers in regional office and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
    * Document solutions and provide training to staff and customers on SharePoint applications.

    Requirements:
    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
    * Minimum two years of experience in SharePoint development and systems.
    * Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
    * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration and development tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
    * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    * Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

    Job role: 1st Line Support Engineer

    Location: Warrington (On site - 3 days on / 2 days remote)

    This is a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to join a leading Microsoft Partner. The company specialise in delivering solutions to high-profile government, banking and defence sector customers. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their dynamic support team working with one of their key customers in Warrington.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Providing first-line technical support to end-users both on site and remotely.
    * Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
    * Managing Azure Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
    * Assisting with Intune deployments and device management.
    * Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents via the service desk system.
    * Escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams where necessary.



    Key skills required:

    * At least 1 year of experience in a 1st Line Support or Service Desk role.
    * Good knowledge of M365 administration and support.
    * Hands-on experience with Azure AD
    * Experience with Intune deployments
    * Experience building laptops / Mac support
    * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
    * SC clearance eligibility (or willingness to undergo clearance)
