    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a CRM/CE Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role requires a blend of technical skills and functional knowledge to design, implement, and support CRM solutions tailored to client needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
    * Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE to meet client specifications.
    * Implement integrations with Power Platform, Azure, and third-party applications.
    * Provide technical guidance on best practices, workflows, and automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
    * Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy customizations, plugins, and workflows.
    * Support data migration, system upgrades, and post-implementation enhancements.
    * Conduct user training and ensure seamless adoption of CRM solutions.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    * Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementation and support.
    * Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    * Experience with CRM customization, configuration, workflows, and security roles.
    * Knowledge of Azure integrations, Dataverse, and API connections is a plus.
    * Ability to liaise with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
    * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    * Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform are advantageous.

    Training Consultant (Power Platform, M365, SharePoint)

    Salary: £50,000

    Nigel Frank is partnered on behalf of a growing company on this Training Consultant position. Our client provides training and consultancy and we are looking for someone experienced in Power Platform, M365 and SharePoint to work closely with their customers.

    This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent but also includes travel across the country to visit client sites.

    Responsibilities:

    * Delivering training sessions on M365, Power Platform and SharePoint
    * Providing consultancy and delivering solutions when necessary
    * Writing and developing specific courses
    * Delivering on consultancy projects involving Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
    * Working with clients both face-to-face and through Microsoft Teams

    Experience needed:

    * Demonstrable experience providing M365 and Power Platform training courses
    * Strong working knowledge of M365, Power Platform and SharePoint
    * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
    * Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
    * Experience creating PowerApps and Power Pages is desirable

    About the Role:

    This is great opportunity to join a growing construction business in Essex and be a part of their ongoing digital transformation. They are seeking a versatile IT Technical Support Specialist with expertise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to join their business.

    This role is perfect for an all-round IT technician who can handle everything from mobile device management to general IT / M365 support and Power Platform tasks. As they transition much of their data to Dataverse, and have plans to implement a new CRM system, your skills will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient process to their IT infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Provide 1st and 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 services, hardware, software, and network systems.
    * Research and develop improvements to their current IT infrastructure.
    * Enhance the efficiency of their IT systems.
    * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to discuss ongoing IT projects, troubleshoot issues, and plan future initiatives
    * Play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
    * Assist in the implementation of a new CRM system.

    This is a great opportunity for a Power Platform specialist to join a global leading consultancy. They are growing out their software engineering practice and seeking skilled technical consultants with a deep understanding of the Power Platform to help deliver innovative solutions for their wide range of customers.

    As a Senior Power Platform Consultant, you would bring a wealth of knowledge across the whole of the Power Platform to their projects and clients. Using your technical and functional skills, you will be able to build applications, advise on solutions, lead discussions and design sessions / drive adoption of the Power Platform. This will utilise the wider Microsoft stack, including Azure, Dynamics 365 and a focus on DevOps practices.



    Key responsibilities;

    * Lead the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions to meet user needs within a delivery team
    * Be a technical specialist working with both model driven and canvas, as well as enterprise scale Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions.
    * Understand governance principles and be able to advise on best practices for empowering every Power Platform maker.
    * Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM
    * Build solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, backed by Microsoft



    Experience;

    * Excellent knowledge of the Power Platform, the technologies and capabilities it offers / knowledge of its limitations.
    * Hands on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams as part of implementing Power Platform solutions.
    * Hands on experience in the setup of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally using Azure DevOps.
    * A passion for and experience with industry-wide standards and best practices when designing and building solutions in the Power Platform.
    * A focus on delivering positive outcomes to our clients, whatever their scale.
    * Experience delivering according to an agile methodology, working in collaborative teams in a commercial environment.
