Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our Wellington team. This role involves managing customer relationships across the lower North and South Island. Candidates with expertise in either business process optimization or technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.
* Lead presales activities, including RFx documents.
* Manage project scope, timelines, and resources.
* Build relationships with Microsoft, partners, and customers.
* Drive internal improvements and mentor team members.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for expertise in one of these areas:

Business Process Expert:

* Guide stakeholders in leveraging technology for business solutions.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams.

OR

Technology Expert:

* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
* Background in solution architecture and configuration.
* Familiarity with integration tools and the broader Microsoft product suite.

Essential Qualifications

* At least five years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
* Proven success in project implementation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to travel within the lower North and South Island.
