    Requirements:

    * Strong experience of solution design, security & resilience patterns.
    * Strong understanding of data technologies - SQL/NoSQL, Big Data.
    * Very strong GCP knowledge and experience is ESSENTIAL
    * Knowledge of monolith to microservice patterns.
    * Strong experience & knowledge of some key LBG development technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, Python).

    Nice to Have:

    * Experience in the Banking & Finance industry.
    * Experience with Python and Big Data technologies including ML.
    * Experience in agile / iterative design working practices.

    Data Architect - Contract Role - £600 day rate (Outside IR35)

    Please note - this role requires you to be UK based and not require sponsorship now or at any point in the future. You must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK to apply for this role.

    A well-established Digital Consultancy based in the Worthing area are looking to bring on board a Data Architect who will join their team on a contract basis for 6 months.

    This is a highly technical architecture role where you will be leading on designing bespoke systems and software. You will lead on the architecture and implementation of the new Data Platform and provide technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

    * Support the overall Data Strategy.
    * Define and agree data solutions which will meet project goals working closely with design and delivery heads.
    * Present recommendations on a range of technical solutions.
    * Develop data models.
    * Develop data transformation specifications.
    * Monitor technical progress.
    * Ensure sufficient technical documentation is produced.

    To be a good fit for this role you should be an experienced Data Architect with the following technical skills:

    * Strong Data Architecture knowledge
    * Strong Data modelling experience
    * Experienced with integration middleware
    * API's experience
    * Strong Data Quality/Governance experience
    * Ideally ServiceNow experience
