    SharePoint Developer - £400 - Outside IR35 - Glasgow

    We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join a MS Partner on a initial 6 month contract basis.

    **Role Overview:**
    The SharePoint Developer will be part of the wider IT Development department, which consists of three sub-teams: Data Systems, Product Delivery, and Product Development. Your primary responsibility will be enhancing the clients existing SharePoint Online-based intranet. This project includes addressing high-level requirements such as bug fixes, cosmetic improvements, data flow management, and the development of new web parts.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Develop and deliver SharePoint Online solutions for the firm's intranet, including web part development and M365 integrations.
    - Collaborate with technical specialists and key stakeholders, including the Marketing and Business Development teams, to ensure business needs are met.
    - Work with the Product Delivery and Product Development teams to gather requirements, analyze them, propose solutions, and develop those solutions.
    - Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across solution development processes.
    - Provide regular updates to the Development and Data Systems teams, ensuring alignment on processes and improvements.

    **Key Requirements:**
    - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on SharePoint Online and M365 solutions.
    - Minimum of 5 years' experience developing SharePoint-related solutions.
    - Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including custom web part development, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Logic Apps), and MS Data Gateway.
    - Extensive experience integrating third-party APIs and working with MS Dataverse.
    - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
    - Proven track record in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
    - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    - Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with the ability to provide proactive support to users.

    **Additional Details:**
    - **On-Site Requirement:** 1-2 days per week on-site in Glasgow.
    - Ability to travel as required.
    - Flexibility to perform additional job-related duties as needed.

    Position: Contract .NET Developer
    Focus Areas: Blazor, API Development

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer with a focus on Blazor and API development to work with a leading client in the legal industry. This role is a contract position where you will be instrumental in designing, building, and enhancing applications tailored to support legal processes, improve client services, and increase operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    * Blazor Development: Create responsive, interactive applications with Blazor to streamline legal workflows and enhance user experience.
    * API Design & Integration: Develop robust APIs that support seamless integration with various internal and third-party systems.
    * Application Enhancement: Collaborate with team members to build out and refine current applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
    * Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house development team and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
    * Testing & Documentation: Conduct thorough testing of applications and create clear, concise documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.

    Key Skills & Experience

    * .NET Expertise: Strong background in .NET development, with at least 3 years in building modern applications.
    * Blazor Proficiency: Proven experience with Blazor, especially in designing intuitive UIs that meet business needs.
    * API Development: Experience in building, deploying, and managing RESTful APIs, with a focus on security and scalability.
    * Legal Sector Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with the legal industry or previous experience in a similar environment would be a plus.
    * Agile Workflow: Ability to work efficiently within an Agile team, using tools for collaboration, version control, and project tracking.
