D365 F&O Supply Chain/Finance Consultant

A world leading IT consultancy firm providing consulting, developing, enterprise application integration and business process integration, financial optimisation, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, is seeking experienced Supply Chain and Finance Consultants to join their Swedish divisions. The company is located in over ten countries and is an official Microsoft partner. The company is seeking Supply Chain and Finance Consultants, able to join any of their locations throughout Sweden. Location(s): Stockholm, Malmo, Gothenburg, Skelleftea.

Role Overview:

As a Supply Chain / Finance Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP F&O to optimise supply chain processes and financial management for our clients. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of D365 to analyse business operations, streamline work flows, and implement strategies that align with organisational goals.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain and financial processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP F&O.
* Optimise end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
* Provide expert guidance on financial management functions such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation within D365 ERP F&O.
* Customise D365 to meet client-specific needs and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
* Work closely with client teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within D365.
* Deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in MS D365 and industry trends to offer innovative solutions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or finance consulting, with a strong focus on MS D365 ERP.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM modules), including configuration, customisation, and integration.
* Solid understanding of supply chain and financial processes, including procurement, inventory management, and financial planning.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams.
* Fluency in Swedish is required
