Are you an experienced Business Central Consultant with a proven track record in delivering end-to-end projects? A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for a Business Central Lead Consultant to drive success in large-scale implementations and lead a talented team of consultants.

About the Role:

As a Business Central Lead Consultant, you will oversee the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. You'll provide strategic consultation on Business Central implementations, customisation, and system optimisation, while managing a team to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead full-cycle Business Central implementations, from discovery to go-live
* Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements, and develop tailored solutions
* Work on projects within the manufacturing industry (experience in this sector is a plus)
* Provide ongoing support and system enhancements

Requirements:

* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including multiple end-to-end project deliveries
* In-depth knowledge of Business Central functionalities, customisation, and implementation best practices
* Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality solutions
