As a Business Central Consulting Manager, you will balance technical delivery (60%) with team management and strategic oversight (40%). Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Technical Leadership

* Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across various industries, including project scoping, configuration, and deployment.
* Act as a hands-on consultant for complex system design, integrations, data migrations, and customizations.
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining high standards of service.
* Stay current with new features and advancements in Dynamics 365 Business Central to bring value to clients and the team.

Team Leadership & Management (40%)

* Mentor and guide a team of consultants, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
* Oversee resource allocation, ensuring team members are effectively utilized across projects.
* Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for skill enhancement.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new consultants to grow the team.
* Partner with leadership to define delivery best practices and drive process improvements.
* Represent the consulting team in client meetings, aligning expectations and ensuring satisfaction.



Skills & Experience Required:

* Strong Expertise in Business Central: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV implementations, including end-to-end project delivery.
* Project Leadership: Proven experience leading complex BC implementation projects, including scoping, design, and execution.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configurations, data migrations, customizations, and integrations. Development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
* Team Management: Prior experience mentoring or managing team members, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Client Engagement: Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide solution recommendations.
* Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
* Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related areas are highly desirable.
