Accounting Specialist with Business Central - Grand Rapids, MI

Are you a talented accountant who carries Business Central expierence?

HYRBRID ROLE: GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices, including accurate job and department costing.
Maintain vendor and customer records.
Post receivable payments to accounts, reconcile discrepancies.
Manage receivable collections, including monitoring lien dates.
Maintain inventory records.
Maintain fixed asset records, including fleet vehicle records.
Assist with month end closing, including reconciling accounts, accruals and journal entries.
Compile and prepare routine reports for department support.
Provide backup for other accounting/office functions.

Basic Qualifications:

6+ years Previous Accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree: Accounting/Finance
Ability to work well on your own and in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word



Hybrid Schedule: Monday's and Friday's Remote
