Business Analyst

An exciting new opportunity just become available with a famous company based in HK! Due to fast expansion and upcoming projects, my client needs to hire one more IT Business Analyst for their application team. This IT Business Analyst will become a key member of an innovation application team working together with IT Manager to implement all the applications systems. This is a good opportunity for anyone who would like to progress her/ his career in a fast-growing company!



Responsibilities:

* Participate in internal different application systems implementation projects.
* Gather, review and analyze business requirements; Prepare IT documentation such as system design documents, UAT test scripts, functional requirement documents and user manual.
* Provide system support for key users, advising on and implementing solutions, conduct business process review to identify improvement opportunities.
* Assist Manager on Deployment logistics and communications.
* Facilitate and support business process change.



Requirements:

* Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting or related disciplines, recent experience in business analyst role or similar roles for above job functions.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Working experience in IT or Business Analyst, good business process competences, familiar with any 2 fields of these technologies: Digital Solution (Web, App) / CRM / Data / ERP / Logistics or Inventory systems / HRMS systems.
* Be organized, self-driven, and show ability on problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
