Role Summary:
As the Business Central and Power Platform Support Specialist, you will support and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), PowerApps, and Power BI. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll streamline processes, improve reporting, and ensure smooth BC integration across departments. This role reports to the VP of Strategic Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide BC and Power Platform support, customization's, and troubleshooting for end users.
* Digitize paper-based work flows, build custom reports, and integrate CRM with BC.
* Collaborate with operational teams for process mapping and efficiency.
* Customize DynamicsShip, support sales and accounting functions, and lead Power BI KPI tracking.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience with Dynamics 365 BC, PowerApps, Power BI.
* Strong BC knowledge in inventory, procurement, and sales functions.
* Skilled in process mapping, custom reporting, and user support.
* Local candidates preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary up to $100k, with biannual bonuses (July & November).
