D365 CE Application Developer (Dallas, TX)

Our client is seeking an experienced D365 CE Application Developer to join their team in Arlington, TX on a hybrid basis. This role is ideal for a CRM Specialist with a strong background in either Power Platform (low code/no code) or full development capabilities (C# / .NET) within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
* Leverage PowerPlatform for low-code/no-code development or apply advanced coding practices to create scalable solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Implement integrations between D365 CE and other business systems.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of CRM applications.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience with D365 Customer Engagement development.
* Expertise in either PowerPlatform (low code/no code) or advanced CRM development.
* Proficiency in customizing workflows, forms, and business processes within D365 CE.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Experience with data integration and automation is a plus.
