They are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager with expertise in Agresso/Unit4 to join our finance team and play a key role in enhancing our financial operations and systems.





As the chosen Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, reporting, and budgeting processes within the organization. This role requires an individual with strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of the Agresso/Unit4 system, and the ability to drive efficiency in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will also have a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and ensuring the effective integration of the Agresso/Unit4 system within the finance function.



Key Responsibilities include Financial Reporting and Analysis, Agresso/Unit4 System Management, Compliance and Controls, Team Leadership, Process Improvement.





ABOUT YOU



Qualifications:

* A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is highly preferred.

Experience:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
* Demonstrable experience working with the Agresso/Unit4 ERP system (minimum 3 years), including system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
* Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Skills:

* Advanced knowledge of Agresso/Unit4 ERP system functionalities, modules, and reporting tools.
* Excellent understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
