Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Java developer with passing for XP Development and thrives within pair programming

Your Role:
As a Senior Java Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and improving their core system. You'll work closely with a tight-knit team of talented developers who share your passion for creating high-quality software.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code.
* Actively participating in pair programming to share knowledge and build better solutions.
* Practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure top-notch quality.
* Embracing XP and agile methodologies to adapt quickly and deliver value.
* Engaging in collaborative problem-solving to tackle challenges as a team.



What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
* A strong advocate for XP practices, with hands-on experience in pair programming and TDD.
* Passion for agile principles and iterative development.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A drive to solve problems creatively and a commitment to continuous learning.
