Business Central ERP Admin - Rochester, NY - $120k - Hybrid
Our client is a global medical device manufacturer with headquarters in Rochester, NY. In preparation for an upcoming go-live of Business Central, they are looking for an inhouse Systems Admin/Analyst who will help users get the most out of their ERP system and Business Intelligence tools.

Your New Role
* Consult with end users and team members to identify and understand any existing problems and opportunities to improve the Business Central environment.
* Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Business Central processes, functionality, data, and integrations.
* Document current processes including requirements, specifications, or integrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the current environment and interactions with other systems.
* Develop and implement process improvements for existing MS Business Central functions.
* Provide training and support to team members on Business Central functions and processes.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Develop and execute unit tests to validate the accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements and new features in MS Business Central, incorporating relevant knowledge into daily operations.
* Adhere to and ensure compliance with all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
* Follow the official policy for Good Manufacturing Practices as required in the Medical Device Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
* Provide feedback and pro-active communication to supervisor, management, and co-workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Process administrative matters without problems to maintain up to date records.
What You'll Need:
* 3+ years with Microsoft Business Central
* Knowledge of Business Central ERP processes in a manufacturing and supply chain environment
* Experience in a pharmaceutical, food & beverage, cannabis, medical device, or any other organization regulated by the FDA highly preferred
* Power BI reporting experience is key
* Experience with AL extensions or C/AL programming is a plus, as well as knowledge of SQL, .NET, or Visual Basic are nice to haves
* Ability to interact well with stakeholders to solve their technical issues
* Business Central implementation experience preferred, not required
* Great communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
* Excellent analytical mindset and problem solving ability
Compensation/Benefits:
* $100,000-130,000 total compensation
