About the Role:

* Collaborate with a prominent Australian organization to design and deliver custom Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions.
* Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and lead system design and implementation.
* Work on system configuration, data migration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
* Partner with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

What You Bring:

* 12+ years of Dynamics 365 experience, including Sales and Customer Service modules, integrations, and data migrations.
* Expertise in Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages) and development tools such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery and hands-on experience with plugins, workflows, and Azure integrations.
* Dynamics 365 certifications (mandatory) and a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
