Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a passion for precision and innovation? Join our dynamic team in Tampa Bay as a Controller, where you'll lead the way in financial management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including GL, AR, AP, and financial reporting.
* Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize financial processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Analyze and present financial insights to senior management to support growth and profitability.

What We're Looking For:

* 5-8 years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
* Proficiency in Business Central (D365 BC) is a must.
* CPA certification is a plus but not required.
* Industry experience in Manufacturing or Aviation is highly desirable.
* Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
